Hire a guide to take you through Manuel Antonio National Park or venture out on your own, from beginner to moderate, the trails throughout the park are designed to suit all levels. Stop for a dip in the ocean while the monkeys jump and play or grab a snack from the park's restaurant and bakery.  When you tire of the humidity retreat back to Toucans Nest where the wildlife comes to you.
